Many visitors drop by to check out Fixer Uppers. These are listed by a

variety of Realtors; the "Fixer-Upper" link takes

you to many of the Fixers and "Investor Specials" listed throughout

Placer County, not to mention many in

Nevada & Eldorado

Counties.

We find more properties like this often - - - some are new listings,

but others fall out of escrow & return to the market. Some come to

my attention only when I review their deeper details, perhaps awhile

after they first came on the market. In the current climate, most of these properties also happen to be "REO" or bank-owned homes that have been taken back in foreclosure.

NOTE, not all REOs are fixer uppers! Check my sister website, www.

of which are in tip-top shape . . . and usually at great prices.

These lists are sorted according to price, with highest prices first. Some of my

personal listings are included too, regardless of whether they

are fixers or palaces.

This list might have distressed homes, but no teasers; I show

only the properties that are truly available. If a home goes

into "pending sale" status, it normally drops out of the list within 12

hours.
